Dr Kate Harvie qualified in Aberdeen and enjoys the variety of general practice work. She is experienced in all aspects of family planning and teaches final year medical students.

Dr P H Lavelle

Dr Peter Lavelle qualified as a doctor at the Royal London Hospital in 1985 and after a few years as a GP in Derby have been at Skelton since 1996. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a special interest in diabetes, as well as being responsible for GP training within the Practice. He is married to Rachel, a midwife, and has 3 children. He is involved in the local church in Guisborough and enjoys running half marathons in his spare time.

Dr S Lord

MBChB 2008 Glasgow

Dr Sara Lord gained a BSc in Biological Sciences at Sunderland University, working in microbiology prior to training as a doctor at Glasgow University.  She worked in the West of Scotland before moving to the Tesside area to undertake her GP training, first working at Hillside Practice as a GP registrar.  Dr Lord returned to Hillside Practice in 2014.  She is a GP Trainer and has a special interest in respiratory medicine.

Qualified from University of Liverpool in 2013, I worked for South Tees Foundation Trust before undertaking GP training for 3 years in York. Whilst in York I did some work as team Dr for York City FC. In my spare time I enjoy watching and playing sports.

Dr M O'Kane

Qualified from University of Belfast in 2013, I have joined the team at Hillside Practice after completing my GP training in Great Ayton and I am looking forward to working in the Skelton area. Outside my main interests are trail running and walking in the North York Moors.
