Dr Kate Harvie qualified in Aberdeen and enjoys the variety of general practice work. She is experienced in all aspects of family planning and teaches final year medical students.

Dr P H Lavelle

Dr Peter Lavelle qualified as a doctor at the Royal London Hospital in 1985 and after a few years as a GP in Derby have been at Skelton since 1996. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a special interest in diabetes, as well as being responsible for GP training within the Practice. He is married to Rachel, a midwife, and has 3 children. He is involved in the local church in Guisborough and enjoys running half marathons in his spare time.

Dr S Lord

MBChB 2008 Glasgow

Born and raised in Leeds I studied Biological Sciences at Sunderland University and worked in microbiology prior to training as a doctor. I qualified as a doctor at Glasgow University, undertaking my training in General Practice in the Teesside area and first working at Hillside Practice as a GP registrar. I am married to Martin and we live in Redcar. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, swimming and spending time with my family.

Dr Ferrer Qualified at Newcastle University in 2008. He is interested in all aspects of General Practice.

Dr N Cooper

Dr Nicola Cooper qualified from Newcastle University in 2006 and undertook her GP training in the local area, including at Hillside Practice.  She has an interest in the care of older patients and all other aspects of General Practice.  She lives locally with her husband and their two children and, in any free time, enjoys gardening​ and going mountain biking out on the moors.
